The Resource Centre is a denominationally owned small office that seeks to serve the denomination by providing resources, training and ministry initatives in the churches evangelism, youth minstry and children's ministry. The Resource Centre has a number of different departments to achieve this.

RCA Resources

RCA Resources source and distribute material for the churches. This material covers youth ministry, children's ministry, catechism materials, Sunday school, bible study, devotional material and so on. Please feel free to contact us, otherwise go to the online catalogue link on this site.

Library

For ministry needs around the country the Resource Centre has a book library. Our library mostly has youth ministry and children's ministry ideas but also has a collection of key magizines in this area. Members of the CRCA are most welcome to borrow this material and it can be mailed to you anywhere in Australia.

Videos

Our video collection is also available for loan. Many videos are kept on a wealth of different topics. There is great material for bible study and youth and children's videos.

Children's Ministry office

Well, to be honest our children's ministry office is a small back room in a house in South Australia. However, the National Children's Ministry Coordinator, Helen Vanderbom, is a part of our team and interfaces with this office. The children's workers' part time role is to encourage the development of effective children's ministry across our churches.

Youth Connection office

All the programs and ministry initiatives publicised on this site are operated in some way through the Resource Centre. The National Youth Ministry Coordinator, Jonathan Vandenberg, calls the Resource Centre home and his role is to encourage the development of youth ministry in our churches. He also oversees the development and running of national youth events on behalf of the Youth Connection team.

Home Missions office

John Rietveld, our National Home Missions Coordinator, also has his desk in a corner of the Resource Centre. John's role is to encourage churches development in evangelism and church planting. This is acheived in a lot of ways and with the use of many church health resources and 'moving your church onwards' programs.

Conference Facility

We are also able to provide an AV equipped conference facility for small groups. We can accomodate and cater your conferences should you wish to run a conference overnight. This conference room is situated in Mt Evelyn, VIC on a 'land for wildlife' reserve amid country surrounds and sounds.
