Are you 16 and older and have aspirations for leadership and do you want to develop your skills in this area? Or do you want to invest in a young person in your church who has leadership talent? Then keep reading.
In 3 regions around Australia, Leadership 21 programs are setting young people who demonstrate interest and aptitude for leadership on a more focussed path of growth development as a leader. Through a carefully developed 2 week program of teaching, mission exposure, coaching and just doing it, young people are preparing themselves for a life of leadership in the 21st century church.
Leadership 21 programs operate under the name Target 21 in VIC/SA/TAS & WA and under the name T.H.I.N.G in NSW.
