Convention 2008
As we are all preparing to rock up and have the time of our lives at convention 2006, Victoria is getting planning underway for convention 2008.  As you would expect no details are released at the moment but prepare yourself for some big announcements in the closing ceremony of convention 2006 in NSW.

Congregational Inclusive Youth and Children's Ministry

As a committee we love young people and youth ministry. However, we realise that, in order for people to grow in faith to mature Christians and to be active in our churches, we need them to 'belong' to a community of people their peer group. This is the next level for us as a committee. Over the next ten years we will be attempting creative and obvious ways to help the churches intergrate all generations in meaningful fellowship.

Target 21 goes state-based

At present we are working on the ways and means of establishing Target 21 as a state-based program. This will mean that more people can be a part of an awesome leadership/vocation equipping program at a reduced cost to the present nationally run program. 2005 will be the last national Target 21. State-based programs will commence in 2006 DV.
